About Us
Noor Takaful Family (‘NTF’) was established on 15 May 2008 under registration number 78 as a public joint stock company with a capital of AED 75,000,000. NTF is a subsidiary of Noor Investment Group under Dubai Group and is owned 90% by Noor Investment Group L.L.C. and 10% by Noor Islamic Bank PJSC.
NTF was created to provide ethical, Sharia’a compliant, innovative, unique and comprehensive Takaful (Islamic insurance) products that support the growing needs of the UAE economy and the GCC. NTF aims at providing a broad suite of family and medical products with affordable prices to cater for the whole stream of individual customer segments, as well as packages aimed at the corporate sectors clients.
NTF hopes to lead the market in shifting the service paradigm away from traditional product focus to a more customer oriented approach, raising levels of sophistication and service quality available to consumers.
To support its customer-focused strategy NTF is fostering an agile and responsive business culture, backed by efficient processes and resources while maintaining the highest Sharia’a compliant standard to ensure the best possible experience.
Noor Takaful General (‘NTG’) was established on 6 January 2009 under registration number 85 as a public joint stock company with a capital of AED 75,000,000. NTG is a subsidiary of Noor Investment Group under Dubai Group and is owned 90% by Noor Investment Group L.L.C. and 10% by Noor Islamic Bank PJSC.
NTG was created to provide ethical, Sharia’a compliant, innovative, unique and comprehensive Takaful (Islamic insurance) products that support the growing needs of the UAE economy and the GCC.
