Third party liability
For those vehicle owners who would prefer to cover only their legal liability in the event of an accident, the standard third party liability takaful conforming with UAE motor vehicles regulation provide the solution.
This plan provides indemnity to you or driver against legal liability to third parties arising from the use of your vehicle in respect of:
- Death of or bodily injury to any person including the passengers in the vehicles other than yourself or the driver at the time of the accident and their families and your employees.
- Damages for materials and property except those owned by you and or the driver.
